Sessions and Programmes

My counselling sessions and addiction treatment programmes are effective because they are structured wholly around the issues that matter most to you, and the outcomes you want to achieve. I am committed to, responsive to, and fully invested in your well-being and self-development.

Individual Sessions

Individual counselling and psychotherapy offers a safe, private setting for the exploration of issues both consciously and unconsciously affecting behaviour and relationships. Common areas for discussion include body image, self-esteem and anxiety, chem sex, alcohol and drug addictions, depression and existential issues. Sessions are in person or online.

Couple’s Sessions

Relationship counselling provides the opportunity to safely explore issues which are limiting the enjoyment of your relationship(s). Its goal is to strengthen and improve the emotional and physical connection within the relationship, via the resolution of contentious issues. Everyone, regardless of their marital status and sexual orientation, can benefit from relationship counselling.

Common areas for discussion within relationships include commitment, trust, sexual matters, infidelity, monogamy vs open relationships, communication issues, power dynamics, anger, jealousy, conflict and domestic abuse. Sessions are offered in person or online.
